Lindy Man Appears in Upstate Court on Felony Drug Charges
Evan Wildberger makes his first court appearance after being arrested last month in Pleasantville.
A 19-year-old Lindenhurst man made his first appearance in Pleasantville Court after being arrested on felony drug charges last month.
Evan Wildberger - who was arrested on September 22 and charged with alleged possession of cocaine - appeared during the Court's October 2 criminal session.
Wildberger was arrested along with Jake Iadanza, 19, of Centerport, New York. Iadanza also made his first Court appearance the same day.

Each one is charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, plus two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, both misdemeanors.
Last Tuesday the case was adjourned until October 30, according to Court officials.
