My Important Charity for Kids (M.I.C.K.) is a charity by kids for kids.
Started after Hurricane Sandy by 11-year-old Mick Buckley, My Important Charity for Kids is raising money and collecting gift cards to gift to kids who were affected by Sandy.
While parents struggle to get homes ready for families to move back in, kids are dealing with their own personal loss of toys, games and books.
Gift cards and video games will be presented directly to the kids, so they can buys something they want to replace something they lost.

To date M.I.C.K. has raised enough money and received gifts to help more than 50 kids. His goal is to be able to help 100 kids.
