Lindenhurst High School Marching Band Takes 1st!

The Lindenhurst HS Marching Band took the Group 3A USBANDS NY State Championship title at the Empire Cup this past weekend at Mitchell Field.  They also won caption awards for Best Effect, Best Visual, Best Colorguard and Best Percussion in class.  In addition, they tied for best Overall Music in the ENTIRE show and came in 2nd overall in the entire show. Next up, New England State Championships at Bridgeport, CT. this weekend!
