Empty in Lindy: Former Martial Arts Studio
Wellwood Avenue vacancy is the perfect spot for a yoga center or juice bar.
A sure sign of the tough economic times is the number of For Sale and For Rent signs you see in the Village and North Lindenhurst.
If you go down Wellwood Avenue, Sunrise Highway, Hoffman Avenue, Montauk Highway or other major roads in the area, residents are sure to find a few.
During the next few months, Lindenhurst Patch is going to some of those properties and ask you what you'd like to see in there.
Chi’s Martial Arts Training Center had been a long-time renter of the space at 146 North Wellwood Avenue for the better part of the last decade. The successful studio, however, moved further north in Lindenhurst to Sunrise Highway in the last year.
The space has been vacant ever since.
The retail space is available to be rented and is close to the municipal parking lot and Long Island Rail Road station.
