Saint Francis Hospital Community Outreach Program's mobile health van is stationed at the Lindenhurst Memorial Library on Tuesday, April 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Saint Francis Hospital Community Outreach Program rolls into Lindenhurst on Tuesday, April 23, with its mobile health van.
It's stationed at the Lindenhurst Memorial Library from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
It offers free health screenings, including brief cardiac history, blood pressure, simple blood test for cholesterol and diabetes, according to information posted on the LML's website here.
In addition, "they also provide patient education and referrals as needed for adults above the age of 18," according to the library.
