Thanksgiving Day is here, and in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy , the whole day takes on a new meaning.
The community has pulled together in the days and weeks following the storm to help neighbors struggling after losing everything.
Businesses, volunteers, residents, students, teachers, government officials and organizations have all come together give the basics back to those who lost everything South of Montauk Highway - and they continue to do so.
