I will post some really good photos from South Bay Street and Shore Rd tomorrow. My husband and I live on South Bay Street and evacuated as others were being rescued by Lindy FD. Also were we back home by row boat at 7:00am the morning after taking many photos from Wellwood Ave to Shore Rd to South Bay Street before the National Guard limited access. I will share those photos as well. Photos do no justice, it was like a scene in a movie. Where shall I post these never before seen photos. Thanks for sharing my photo's...I am a lifelong resident of the area...I live in Babylon Village and grew up in North Babylon...and I have family and friends who live in Lindenhurst...So we are all family, lol...I post a lot on Babylon Village Patch but when I am taken some pictures in Lindenhurst I will post them!
