Hurricane Grill & Wings Opening Monday

Montauk Highway restaurant set to open its doors.

Wing lovers, the day has arrived.

Hurricane Grill & Wings will open in Lindenhurst on Monday, its owner and general manager Steve Critelli confirmed to Patch on Sunday.

The restaurant, located on Montauk Highway at the former Cattleman's Grill building, will open for business at 11 a.m. Monday.

The wings chain, which also has Suffolk County locations in Hauppauge, Port Jefferson and Manorville, had originally expected to open in Lindenhurst in October, but the delays have finally come to end.

"I want it to be inviting to people," Critelli has told Patch, of the restaurant, which has a great view of the Neguntatogue Creek.

The hours for Lindenhurst's Hurricane Grill & Wings beginning Monday are 11 a.m.- midnight on Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.- 1 a.m. Friday-Saturday.
