What Stores Will You Hit For July 4th Barbeque Supplies?

We asked you for suggestions. Have any others to add?

While Memorial Day is generally considered the start of the summer season things usually don't heat up until July 4th. Barbeques, boat rides and twirling batons at local parades will be bursting all over before the fireworks start on Thursday night.

That means you need to stock up on supplies. We asked readers to weigh in on where they go to get their party supplies.

"BJs wholesale club, of course," said Cynthia Greene.

Kristin Pearsall Costigan also goes to the Village Meat Market for sides for her barbeques.

"The staff were truly some of the nicest people I have encountered in the village, and their attention to detail was above and beyond," Costigan said. "The whole experience was great, and our family will now be regular shoppers there! PS... The salads that I picked up were delish!"

Felisa Di Nunzio said that for paper goods he looks for the best deals at either Party City or Walmart.

"For our burgers and steaks I love going to Babylon Village Meat Market," he said giving the store its third thumbs up vote from our readers. "My family has been going to them for around 30 yrs they are sweet and treat you like family always."
