Patch Wants Photos of Your 'Best Dressed Student'

Submit pics of your youngster dressed in new school clothes, and you could win a $100 Tanger gift card.

The dog days of August are here, and while local youngsters are still enjoying local beaches or their backyard pools, parents are already thinking ahead to the coming school year.

Some have likely already been shopping local retailers looking for their latest fashions for the Fall and Winter so their future president, school principal or pro athlete could look his/her best heading back to class in September.

To help one local family offset some last-minute, back-to-school shopping costs, Patch is hosting a “Best Dressed Student” contest with the winner receiving a $100 gift card to in Deer Park.

Whether your kid is a rock star in training or a professional fashinista already, the contest is about showing off personal style. No matter if your kid has been rocking the same awesome jean jacket for years, or is a poster child for the hottest trends, we want to see it!

To submit a photo just click the "upload photos and videos" button above and choose your best picture. It's that easy.

We're asking parents to submit photos of their well-dressed son or daughter (or both) to this article on Patch, and later this month Patch editors will meet to pick the “Best Dressed Student.”

The contest runs through August 26, and the winner will be announced on Patch on August 29 so we can get the gift card to the winning family in time for the Labor Day weekend sales at Tanger. We'll also contact the winner directly.

We look forward to seeing all of the well-dressed kids from our Patch towns.
