Blog Roundup: Mets, Finance, Discrimination, Auras

Patch's Local Voices had a lot to say this week about the Mets, education, financial health, discrimination, traffic jams and auras.

Here's what our Local Voices bloggers had to say this week:

Meryl Ain, Ed.D., breaks down several key issues and asks for your feedback.

: Aaron Yorke says the Mets need to get their stud prospect to the big leagues to help while they still have a shot.

: Meriwyn Travisano says Ruben Tejada has made the Jose Reyes transition an easy one.

Leslie Tayne, esq., says you might be a financial procrastinator and not even know it. Financial procrastination could lead to little problems and big problems. She offers some tips to help stop the procrastination.

: Ben Vitale says a casual conversation soon evolved into a wonderful inspiring experience; a story of discrimination that was overpowered by a positive attitude, and sheer will power.

: Kerriann Flanagan Brosky discusses what exactly is an aura, and whether or not it's possible to see one.

: Jimmy Palakis shares best practices for avoiding them.

: Jennifer Lozano discusses the book Firefly Lane by Kristin Hannah.

Hi Lindy Native. Thanks for posting these photos. But could you e-mail me at barbara.loehr@patch.comRead More with the originals and some more details? The photos you posted are really blurry/bitmapped. I think if you send the originals and some more info, then a story could be put together for the news section of the site. Thanks!
