EDITORS....Please write back.

I have been trying to find out for some time what is being built at Shore Rd. Park.  is there any way of finding out?  I am extremely concerned that this is a cell tower about to go up and it's 15' from the playground my kids go to.  After the amount of time we lived with the neighborhood looking ruined after Sandy and a bunch of trailers and Camp Bulldog in that park, I would be very upset if just as the neighborhood is starting to look normal again...we end up with a monstrosity of a cell phone towner smack in the middle of it.  15" from a playground and about 3' from where they just dedicated a rock to the Camp Bulldog volunteers....which by the way is also a 9/11 Memorial Flagpole spot.
