Suffolk Police have identified the man who was found dead in a Copiague parking lot on Sunday.
The body of Elvis Canales, 27, of Copiague, was discovered behind a dumpster at 7 Ralph Avenue on Sunday afternoon.
Canales "appeared to be the victim of violence," police said.
No arrests have been made.
