- October 6: Criminal mischief, fourth, 46th Street, North Lindenhurst.
- October 6: Criminal mischief, fourth, 36th Street, Lindenhurst, report indicated, “To vehicle; security video.”
- October 6: Grand larceny, fourth, East John Street, Lindenhurst, report indicated, “Via COPE 17, at festival, and had walk up.”
- October 5 (reported on October 7): Burglary, second, West Hoffman Avenue, Lindenhurst, report indicated, “Unknown entry; complainant out of state at time; complainant recall.”
- October 3: Grand larceny, fourth, Sidney Court, North Lindenhurst, report indicated, “Theft of items, incident location.”
- October 3: Grand larceny, fourth, North Delaware Avenue and Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst, report indicated, “Two black individuals in white Maxima; subject slammed.”
