Police: Two Arrested After Gunfire in W. Babylon

No one injured during fight in front of West Babylon home, police say.

Two men were arrested Saturday night after gunshots were fired during a fight in front of a West Babylon home, police said. 

Officers responded to a 911 call reporting an altercation between multiple people around 10:45 p.m. in front of 10 Edith Court, police said.  in which several gunshots were fired in front of a house located at 10 Edith Court. 

No one was injured in the shooting. During the investigation, police recovered a .25 caliber handgun that had been reported stolen in Delaware in 2006, police said.

Malik Ford, 20, who lives at 10 Edith Court, was arrested and charged with first degree reckless endangerment, second degree criminal possession of a weapon and fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property.   

Joseph O’Keefe, 19, of West Babylon, was arrested and charged second degree criminal possession of a weapon
