Lindenhurst Resident Wins $15K Jackpot

Israel Esquenazi, of Lindenhurst, snags a jackpot on a New York Lottery scratch-off game, say officials.

Lindenhurst continues its winning streak.

Lindy resident Israel Esquenazi won $15,000 in the $3,000,000 Bonanza scratch-off game, according to the New York Lottery.

Esquenazi's winning ticket was purchased at the World Books store at One Penn Plaza in New York City, officials said Monday morning.

Esquenazi joins a spate of other recent Lucky Lindy jackpot winners.

They include , , , , , , and .

All of these residents have hit it big in the New York Lottery by purchasing various drawing and scratch-off tickets from local businesses.
