Just a comment NEMO is NOT an official name for this storm Its some the Weather Channel started to bring in viewership The NWS names storms for damage and event id purposes not to give a channel a title for their coverage

At Midnight, there was exactly 5 inches fallen on New York Avenue.

By 4 Am we had 11.25 inches on New York Ave.
