I really hope that the victims of SANDY that have rebuilt their home already, did so with the knowledge that the rebuild should only be done after the structure was completely dry. A damp home will make for a sick building (SBS) . If your not sure your structure is really dry call me Robert Deacon @ 631 974 7034 and I will perform free moisture readings for you at no charge. Better to be safe then sorry.
