Students from each school in the Lindenhurst School District are recognized for their achievements at the annual SEPTA Awards.
The Lindenhurst School District and Special Education PTA held its annual SEPTA awards where, once again, a host of students were recognized for their accomplishments.
It was held in the Lindenhurst High School auditorium where Assistant Superintendent for Special Education and Pupil Personnel Services Barbara Brown welcomed administrators, board members, staff, parents and fellow students who gathered to congratulate the students receiving honors.
Students from each of the elementary schools, the Lindenhurst Middle School and the LHS were presented with certificates in recognition of their achievements.
SEPTA President Mary Gallo, past president Mary Ellen Rama and Vice President Joanne Morris coordinated the ceremony.
